Varvara's work as a somatic depth coach, teacher and facilitator was born of her own unrelenting devotion to personal and collective healing. Varvara is the founder of Be With through which she offers a multi-disciplinary approach to healing, combining Gestalt psychotherapy, spiritual care, peer support, coaching and somatic trauma resolution. As the creator of How to Feel, a six week course offering education and embodied practice for feeling your feelings, Varvara is passionate about making psychoeducation accessible to more people. She is the creator of Cards for Self-Care and has supported hundreds of clients through 1-1 and group coaching, workshops, retreats, classes and more. She is a queer femme and Russian immigrant invested in mutual liberation and relationships of interdependant care.
